We have group classes for all ages and ability levels as well as personal lessons. Our introductory packages let you try out the exact classes you are interested in.

     

Children's Karate
Our proven curriculum will help your child develop balance, coordination, strength, self-control, respect, and self-discipline, all while your child is having fun in a safe, positive environment. What could be better? We group children into classes based on their age and ability level. This makes it easy for students to start at any age from 3 to 15 and also lets our teachers provide age appropriate instruction.

Our instructors have not only mastered Karate, but are trained to teach children. Being a black belt does not automatically make someone an excellent instructor.
As students progress through the curriculum, they will earn colored belts and awards. Unlike many schools, our program is designed such that children set achievable goals and make regular progress.

 

Adult Karate
The adult group classes are also 45 minutes classes organized by ability level. Physical fitness and self defense capability are the focus of this program. Hand strikes, kicking skills, felling techniques and grappling skills will help develop a well rounded martial artist. Instructors create an atmosphere that is both positive and fun. A great way to manage your health, increase confidence and relieve stress!

Cardio Kickboxing
One of the best ways to burn calories, Cardio Kickboxing is an exciting, motivating workout that will whip you into shape while you develop powerful punches and kicks. Great for building confidence and enhancing your self-image.

Safety is the number one rule at Villari's. Studies have shown that statistically Karate has a lower rate of injury than most popular team sports such as soccer. We emphasis safety above all else.
