Our children's programs are a fun, safe activity that will help your child develop and learn life skills such as self confidence, respect for others, self control and self discipline as well as improving their coordination, balance, and focusing abilities through training in Martial arts.
 
With our adult classes we work on reducing unhealthy daily stress, increasing flexibility, and improving your level of fitness while at the same time making you feel confident with your physical techniques and increasing your knowledge of self defense.

Women's Self Defense Seminar

This seminar is open to anyone over the age of 13 years old who would like to participate. We will be covering several key topics dealing with self defense on the street. No martial arts experience is required. What we do ask is that you come to the seminar in regular clothing and shoes and bring a purse or other handbag that you would normally carry with you. The seminar will be on Wednesday, October 22 and will be from 7:30 to 8:30.
Lake Compounce

On Saturday, October 25 Villai's in Windsor will be taking a trip to the theme park at Lake Compounce. We will be meeting at the park at 5:00 pm.
Halloween Party/Buddy Day

We invite all of our students to come to the studio for our annual Halloween Party. It will be a lot of fun and we will be having snacks and goodies for everyone. Also, if you would like to invite a guest to the party, feel free to do so. Just grab a guest pass from an instructor BEFORE the party. The Halloween party will start at 10:00 am and will go until 11:30 am on Saturday, November 1, 2008 - the day after Halloween.

November Food Drive

On Satuday, November 22, we will be taking a trip up to Price Chopper to buy food for the Windsor Food Bank. Our goal is to fill 2 shopping carts. We will meet at 1:30 PM at the Windsor Studio, and for all those that participate, we will have a pizza party.
Holiday Toy Drive

On Saturday, December 13, we invite all our students and parents to take a trip with us up to Target and buy toys, games and other items to donate to less fortunate children and families. We will meet at the studio for 1:30 PM.
Holiday Party

This is our last event of the year. We will be having a Holiday party for all of our students in the studio. Fun games, good food, and a movie will all take place at this event. Students are welcome to invite guests to our holiday party. The party will take place on friday, December 19 at 6:00 PM and will go to 10:00 PM. (Parents, this is a great opportunity for you to continue or complete your Christmas Shopping, so take advantage of the time).
